Express Written Consent for Communications

By submitting your information and clicking the button to proceed, you provide your express written consent to Spear Leads and its network of licensed mortgage lenders and affiliates to contact you.

Notwithstanding any current or prior election to opt in or opt out of receiving telemarketing calls or SMS messages, you expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf for any and all purposes arising out of or relating to your request for information and quotes for mortgage and/or financial solutions.

You agree that we may contact you at any telephone number, or physical or electronic address you provide or at which you may be reached. You agree we may contact you in any way, including:

• SMS messages (including text messages)
• Calls using pre-recorded messages or an artificial voice
• Calls and messages delivered using an autodialer or an automatic texting system

Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered, whether by you or someone else. In the event that an agent or representative calls, they may also leave a message on your answering machine, voicemail, or send one via text.

You consent to receive SMS messages, calls, and messages (including pre-recorded, artificial voice, and autodialed) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, or numbers we can reasonably associate with you (through skip trace, caller ID capture, or other means), with information or questions about your request for information or your application.

You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone numbers you have provided to us are your own contact numbers. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided. You agree to promptly alert us if you stop using a particular telephone number.

Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry. Your consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

You also agree that we may contact you by email, using any email address you have provided to us now or in the future. We may listen to and/or record phone calls between you and our representatives without further notice to you as permitted by applicable law, for purposes such as quality monitoring and training.

Revoking Your Consent

You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS communications
• Requesting to be placed on our Do Not Call list during any phone call
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive
• Contacting us at goldenpathfinancial@gmail.com

We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. Once you opt out of a particular communication channel, we will not contact you through that channel for marketing purposes unless you provide express written consent again.
